Four former Riis Academy-InfoTech participants were awarded $2,500 scholarships from FPWA! Gareth Villaverde (Hunter College), Chelsea Toribio (Mercy College), Shawn Blaine (York College), and Kina Brailsford (Queens College) are all entering their senior year in college, and remain well connected to the Riis Settlement community.
