Our state-funded NNORC program provides a range of support services to older adults (60+) residing in Queensbridge Houses. Our goal is to help our participants maintain their quality of life and independence and remain connected to their community.
Services include:
- Case Management: Includes service coordination, individual counseling, crisis intervention, advocacy, financial management, housing support, legal assistance, and more.
- Case Assistance: Offers comprehensive support accessing benefits and entitlements.
- Information and Referral Services: Available in English, Spanish and Mandarin.
- Health Care Support and Promotion: On-site nursing services 5 days a week from 8:30 am-4:30 pm.

Walk-ins are welcome from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
