Office Warming

On January 8th, we hosted an office warming to celebrate our recent move to new administrative offices in Hunter’s Point Plaza,  Long Island City. We were thrilled to have so many friends, board members, and community partners join us. Our move to a new office space represents the continued growth that Riis has experienced in recent years. Moving our administrative department off-site allows us to dedicate more space at our Queensbridge location to our thriving programs, like our Immigrant Services program, which has been supporting a record number of clients recently with case management support, ESOL classes, legal assistance, and more. Moreover, the move aligns with our strategic goal of extending our services throughout northwestern Queens, from Hunter’s Point to the northern point of Astoria.

We look forward to the impact that this expansion will have on our work and our efforts to provide comprehensive, holistic, and place-based services to our diverse community. We thank all our friends and partners who stopped by to celebrate with us!
