NNORC’s Holiday Concert Outing

On Saturday, December 7, 50 of our NNORC participants bundled up for a lovely evening at the Mama Foundation’s 2024 Winter Benefit Concert, hosted by the Bethel Gospel Assembly in Harlem. The concert was a lively celebration of music and community, featuring an array of performances by select groups. Everyone enjoyed a beautiful performance of Mama, I Want to Sing!, a gospel musical inspired by Doris Troy, a choir girl turned singer with deep roots in Harlem. After the show, the NNORC group savored a delicious dinner at Amy Ruth’s. The group thoroughly enjoyed both the performance and the meal. This was one of many trips our seniors took during the holiday season, and we look forward to curating more fun outings in 2025!
