We are thrilled to share that Riis was recently named one of 22 frontline nonprofits selected to receive a grant from The Newest New Yorkers Fund. The Fund, a consortium of philanthropies and corporations led by The New York Community Trust and Robin Hood, was established to address the complex needs of new arrivals, promote their stability, and support their long-term integration. This grant will provide crucial support for our Immigrant Services program, enabling us to expand access to legal assistance and resource navigation. We are honored to be a recipient and deeply grateful to the Fund for the profound impact this grant will have on the lives of new arrivals in our community.
