The Custodian will be under the supervision of the Facilities Manager and is responsible for keeping all Riis buildings/properties in proper cleaning conditions. Perform cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, walls, all entry door frames, and glass, and removing snow or debris from the sidewalk and rubbish/trash. The Custodian is also responsible for performing routine maintenance activities, and notifying management of any repairs needed in the facility - buildings.
*The work requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. Moving items over fifty pounds utilizes a team lift.
